By accessing or playing Formula Arena at formula-arena.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Formula Arena is a free browser-based multiplayer game. We may add, change or remove features (including maps, game modes, cosmetics and progression systems) at any time without notice. We do our best to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

3. Accounts

• Registering an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Choose a respectful username. We may rename or remove accounts with offensive, misleading or impersonating callsigns.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time via the contact page.

4. Fair Play

To keep the arena fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, exploits or any form of automation to gain an unfair advantage;
• attempt to disrupt matches, servers or other players' connections;
• attempt to access other players' accounts or data;
• harass or abuse other players.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, and reset leaderboard entries obtained unfairly.

5. Virtual Items

Cosmetic items (trails, impact effects, weapon skins) are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to your account for use within the game, not sold, and may be modified as the game evolves.

6. Intellectual Property

The Formula Arena name, design, artwork, code and content are the property of the developer. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from the Service without permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how advertising cookies are used.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of game progress or virtual items.
